      Work Life Balance good depends on project from design clients, friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Job security depends on your monthly billing you do for other in house ACO clients. Even if you are skilled in designing, if your dont have work from ACO customers and monthly billing is not 100% continuous for more than 6 months, you will have trouble with your job any time
