ACOFP offers an exceptional (and flexible!) workplace environment, guided by an Executive Director who excels in leveraging a strengths-based approach. This strategy fosters a highly supportive and collaborative atmosphere, unparalleled in my professional experience. Although our staff team is compact, necessitating versatility and adaptability in roles, this dynamic offers a fulfilling professional journey. We get to (daily) wear a lot of hats which I find contributes significantly not only to the mission of the organization but also promotes personal and professional growth. There is also the opportunity to regularly engage with our members, who are so passionate about what they do, that you can't help but also be driven to support that work.

Because our staff team is small, opportunities for advancement in job titles might be somewhat limited, but the scope for skill enhancement and professional growth is not. Our environment encourages continuous learning and skill development.

ACOFP is a vibrant organization committed to bring good to the world. Staff works very well together in a professional, friendly, atmosphere. Management and the Board of Trustees are both supportive and caring.

If you do not function well as a team player in a medium size employment environment this would not be the best opportunity for those considering employment with ACOFP.
