      Pros

      The day I left, the Project Managers are what literally saves that company.

      Cons

      CEO has no understanding of business. Stuck making a 1990's product that is out dated with no vision to improve. This is a Chinese run company that uses the USA Office to simply have a name in the USA.

      - Good health benefits & Other small perks - Friendly working environment, Good management team to work with - Opportunity for Travel around the world and learn about different markets - Good Work Life Balance

      Cons

      - Salary can be lower than industry standards, and promotions may take longer compared to similar-sized companies - The technologies you work with may not be the most exciting on the market. Most technologies are mature technologies.
