They will not give you your PTO time even if you resign with more than two weeks notice… They also do not tell you that the money that they put in your 401(k) will not come to you unless you’ve been employed for five years with them it goes right back in their pocket when you leave. They will promise you a raise after 90 days that won’t happen. Neither will the one at 6 months We recently had a staff meeting and there were people that had been employed with the agency who have not gotten a raise in over five years There have been 3 directors of HR and I lost count of how many exec directors in less than a year. One of the hr directors had us all sign up for Glassdoor and give fake reviews about how great the company is to push the real reviews further down the line. I guess that plan backfired as I’m using the account now too tell the truth. When hired we were told the position would be remote. They changed it recently and took away the only trade off for the low pay. Numerous people in our department are leaving at the same time because of all of the issues.
