Administration and organization could be better

Some very good teachers. Great city to live in. Easy to access location!

People come and go. I think because of the location, faculty and staff visit it as a chance to visit Greece for a couple of years and some of them might not focus on teaching. Pay is ok for the first couple of years, but the third year it doesn't worth it due to taxes. Some years, the school provides a housing benefit, but not always.
