HR Department is Awesome. Really are the Nuts and bolts of the company...very helpful and professional. Yes...their seems to be an element of racism in management, but as long as you perform and not a slacker everything is good. Hispanics look out for each other there..likely to be chosen over you for promotion if you're of another race. However overall... I'd recommend working there. Just be professional...show up to work..don't call in..and do put out quality product. ZERO TOLERANCE for sexual harassment there. We do have female welders and other females throughout the facility..FYI..Leave them alone if you don't want to get terminated. Company has very good benefits. Yes...they are a Second chance employer..which really is good. Alot of second chance guys have the hardest work ethic and show up everyday.

Pay isn't all that great. Could bump it up to be compatible with area companies like Eaton in Sherman Texas. Don't think the best candidates are chosen for Supervision positions, Nepotism and Race are determining factors in promotion.
