      Owners and managers are super nice people! Working environment is very friendly! AC in lab. OK with employ's family issue.

      Small company, the career development is limited. Salary is not very high.

      They make you work two weeks in shop to see if you quit

      Cons

      Family matters they say we don’t want to keep you from them! Management can’t get work for the drill and then fires you as you are working on a shop project
