Pros

The only thing I can say positive is that I got a good schedule, mon-fri weekends off 8-5

Cons

Lets start with the building itself before they relocated was horrible. They pretty much hire anyone one the spot. The pay is ridiculous but hey if you need a job fast, (which was my case at the time) then go for it. Management never helped, it was a sink or swim job with a 2 week crash course of the department you were going to work in.

Decent pay and some decent employees

Cons

Supervisors like to get handsy, half of the coaches don't know what they are doing. Too much drama and gossip. Too much pressure put on the employees for a job that's supposed to be laid back. Too many made up rules that favorite employee don't have to follow. I would not recommend working there. I made 4 different reports with hr and nothing was done about it.
