Pros
Good Team Coordination Team swapping for all the process inside the team is good. Friendly management Respect the idea's of the employee Accepting the Suggestions of the Employee.
Cons
Not getting access to the Core router's and cache servers. Firewalls and load balancers are handled by the different team and we were not given a chance to know about it. We cannot make immediate decision if something goes in the network though we are trained to resolve the issue.
