Pros
The workload is manageable, and there are plenty of learning opportunities. The environment is structured, and there's no overtime (OT). Public holidays are fully observed, and annual leave is easy to get approved. Pros: Workload is not overwhelming. Good exposure to industry practices. No OT, and public holidays are fully off. Annual leave is easy to approve.
Cons
Lack of communication – Interns are often given tasks without proper guidance. If mistakes happen, the blame is placed on the interns instead of being properly corrected. Short break time – Intern only 30 minutes for a break, which isn’t enough to eat properly.
