Pros
Near infinite learning potential with a very well informed and helpful team. I learned more here than I ever have in a job.
Cons
The stress was hard to cope with. There was very little room for error and mistakes were impermissible due to the legal ramifications of the work. I would stress about work for hours after I'd left worrying I made a mistake. When I inevitably had made some error they were never mean or punishing, but expected perfect performance.
