Learned much about business development, pricing, government contracting, and interacting with government clients. Also, learned that there are times to continue pursuit of a potential opportunity, and times to "cut your losses."
Cons
As part of learning, saw how hard it is for small government contracting companies (in general) may have a hard time breaking into developed markets.
