Nothing. This review is in relation to ADAS Land. Specifically the utilities/ access rights team.
Cons
The role I was hired for did not align with the job description. The key project I was brought on for, which was a central part of the hiring discussion, had not started after six months. The company suffered from a lack of clear business strategy, poor internal communication, and a confusing organisational structure. The management team frequently micromanaged employees, which contrasted sharply with the autonomy I was promised. The company was also unwilling to invest in essential resources, even those with clear potential for new business. A recent rebrand was poorly executed and was not supported by an established client base. The office culture was segregated, offering no opportunities for social engagement or networking. After I resigned, all communication from the company abruptly ceased, despite my departure being handled on amicable terms.
