- A nice employee friendly environment - Team outings - Friendly employees - Not much deep hierarchies - Flexible working hours - Open internet (No sites are blocked) so you can do w Its a mid scale start up so you can see how a start up can grow! A good work life balance will help to enjoy your personal life also
Cons
Miscommunication is a problem here. Sometimes you are not sure what are getting as nothing is written. No other problem I have found here till now.
