Pros
Depends on the department - I’ve heard the tech team has a good experience + free food 3 times a week
Cons
This place is a joke. Zero structure and barely any management. They can change your JD whenever they want. Tasks are randomly dumped on team members without proper instructions, context, or guidance. “Ownership” is a fancy word they JUST LOVE to throw around even though you need to go through layers of unnecessary approvals so you don’t ACTUALLY have any ownership over anything. But if something goes wrong, the blame lands squarely on you, even though you never had the authority to make any real decisions in the first place. 🌚 One of the worst parts is the lack of leadership presence. When your manager is remote for weeks at a time, it’s almost impossible to build a team culture, form relationships, or earn trust. That kind of distance only adds to the confusion and disconnect, especially when things are already messy. The CEO will expect you to wake up at 5.45 am every now and then to press record on a webinar. 🌚 Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity even a little bit.
