      Manageable workload, good PTO benefits, forgiving attendance system, very diverse environment.

      Cons

      Zero job security, lower than market pay, impersonable overly pr trained management who will lie to your face, zero growth opportunities, very high turnover, nobody knows each other here.

      Management was great and I absolutely enjoyed working with all the auctioneers!

      Pros

      Leadership is great, is like a family. Obviously they are strict when they need but overall the whole team is amazing.

      Cons

      Considering the amount of work and the conditions one has to work (snowing, rain, heat) the pay is not competitive.
