      - Middle management were great people - Opportunities to do what you're interested in

      Cons

      - Relatively low remuneration - Poor benefits - Limited upward mobility - Little recognition for overtime/extra effort - Indifferent to 'going above and beyond'... working harder won't get you anywhere as there is nowhere to progress to in this mid-sized company
