      Pros

      Compensation is fair, time off policy is reasonable. Some very good people to work with and mostly technically very competent.

      Cons

      Very poor management. Very poor communication on requirements for promotions, almost no chance for upwards mobility. Some of the upper management seems to not want to do their jobs
