      Siloed teams lack knowledge of each other. No real coheasive culture or impetus behind joint mission Lack career progression opportunites owing to very flat structure

      Pros

      Interesting sector - aerospace, space in particular. Lot's of access to future employers. Involvement in Farnborough Airshow a bonus.

      Cons

      Poor current leadership, where it used to visionary. Very "English, conservative" mindset", quite reactionary sometimes, not sure what to do with younger and more proactive talent.
