Pros
Adtech Systems is a great place to work if you place value on working in a growing company that has a vision towards the future. Yes, there have been a lot of changes over the past few years, but everything done has been to better the company, better the processes and procedures, and has been done with a positive trajectory towards the future. As with anything, when there are changes, there will be some growing pains. I would bet that the great majority of these negative reviews are from disgruntled former employees that didn't want to adopt the (necessary) changes of the business. I feel empowered here to make decisions and process improvements without being micromanaged and having to wait for approval. I find the work life balance here to be far superior to any other company I have ever worked at. I also find the morale to be far greater than previous employers. I have never felt that I could not approach anyone within the organization from the bottom all the way up. I have never felt like I was just "another employee" here. I feel as though Management genuinely cares about everyone here, not just as an employee but on a personal level, and there is plenty of opportunity for growth if you desire.
Cons
There have been some growing pains, but that is expected during rapid growth. I will say that I do see the feedback from these growing pains being constantly listened and responded to.
