      Pros

      Some great people, great work/life balance, interesting domain. Strategic clients get a lot of care and attention.

      Cons

      Tons of middle management that will never leave so it's difficult to advance. Relatively low pay. European, consensus-driven culture results in things moving incredibly slow with a lack of urgency. It can be difficult to transition to equivalent roles in other non-travel tech companies after spending years here.

      Reasonable hours. Good benefits. Opportunity to grow. Near expressways.

      Its a small company so there is always some level of financial risk.

      Pros

      Get to interact with clients often, earlier than you might at some other consulting firms. Good balance between doing analysis and working with people. Hours are ok for the most part.

      Cons

      Small company, so sometimes it is necessary to spend time doing busy-work, or get tied in several projects with similar deadlines.
