Guys on the shop floor are great, Work is varied, Machines are modern, facility is clean

AE looks great from the outside, we constantly post all over social media about how great we are doing and all our technological advancements, but truth is that on the inside its a completely different scenario. Most of AE's claims are exaggerations. The workers at AE are vastly under appreciated. Through the years we have continued to lose most of our skilled workers, and people continue to leave on what seems to be a regular basis. AE do not offer any kind of benefit or incentives, and expect you to take on more and more work. Pay rises are hard to come by, despite just recently receiving a £400k grant to support and build its work force. There is simply no trust at AE, and its steady decline is becoming more and more apparent.
