5 Years of Great Experience with AE! - Remote Medical Coder AE & Associates Employee Review

The interview process was simple and within a couple of weeks I was starting my onboarding training. The great part is that everyone in the management is not only certified in medical coding but they are all nurses and physicians so when in doubt you always have someone you can refer to, and they are so easy to work with compared to other places I worked at. This company oozes medical coding experience and care for the employee and that's mostly why I like working here so much.

The Corona office is still closed because of Covid protocol so we mostly meet online. I'm more of a people person but I understand the need to be cautious.

I have been very fortunate to be accepted at AE & Associates. There is such a great atmosphere in this company. My manager is always looking for ways to better our environment. We have access to medical coding instructors if we have any doubt. Best of all we are not consistently pushed for more charts in less times like in the previous places I was. This company wants quality over speed, and I like that very much. I no longer feel like a coding robot. Our team works really well together, and I'm having a great time at work every day, feeling that I make a positive contribution to the patients for which I am coding.

I will update my review if I ever find any cons. So far I'm very satisfied.
