Pros
the work is pretty cut and dry, hours are consistent, able to pick up a lot of shifts
Cons
very slow to hire even when you recommend someone you know, management fixes staffing problems as they come not before even with ample notice of an absence, a lot of bosses (technically I had like 5-7 supervisors/bosses), no support after 6pm when management leaves for the day
