Pros
First hand handling on new equipment before going out for first rental. Learn new system for new equipment. Able to go overseas work trip to meet client.
Cons
Long hours without getting overtime pay. Forcefully to assist on sister company (another company of boss that's doing logistic) even no work related. Being told to do up boss personnel hobby stuff as if it's part my my workload. Being laid off without getting any compensation at all.
