Flexible hours and remote work, but no salary increases - Project Engineer AEE Power Employee Review

We have been dealing with Power /Energy sector in Kenya and i have learnt alot about project Management and all project life cycle because i could be able to put it in practice well.

we dealt only on energy and exposure, benchmarking and travelling and training have not been available

During that time, I worked properly and gained a lot of experience

I now conclude that I like my career and I should enjoy it.
