Pros
The company has come full circle and has returned to its roots. Its once again a company where anything is possible but will have to be known by a new name.
Cons
The company was non core to the original parents business model. Cash generation kept AEES around until the business model eroded. Too many management transitions then eventual sale. Stripped of all the hopes and dreams until all that was left was core functions.
