      Great if you want the flashy music job out of college

      Cons

      Not sustainable after a long time. You’re not gonna be paid enough and they’re gonna use the “someone else will take this job excuse” it works when you’re right out of college but after awhile it gets old

      - Entertainment industry is a great place to be. Great to know we're giving people a reason to cheer! - Organization is stable financially. This is a place where you can be long term - Building relationships here is a great time
