Pros
Excellent colleagues who are as talented as I have ever worked with. The quality of the colleagues I had meant that I was continually challenged and kept learning during my time there. There is also a flexible culture that often allowed me to work from home. With a new family, this was helpful.
Cons
There is a SVP within Controllership that is extremely arrogant and places no value on his direct reports. The quality of colleagues I worked with was exceptional and it was disappointing to see his lack of awareness of this.
