      Great benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      Zero management, everything is virtual. If you need assistance of any kind you are shuffled around from one Team Lead to another, no communication. They expect very long hours with no life balance, although they state otherwise to protect their name.

      -The best leaders’ teams and most competitive teams require a lot of political play to get into -“take your career into your own hands” mentality rather than true investment in internal talent from the top down at times
