      Highly respected global brand, Above average salaries. Good benefits, Many longterm employees who have spent their entire career in this one company.

      Cons

      Heavily silo'd. Due to the significant number of employees that have worked their entire career at one company, perspectives are somewhat skewed. Not open to outside ideas. Work/Life balance depends on department. Leaders give only lip service to changing culture. Many legacy systems that are difficult to navigate.
