      Pros

      The team was very great and easy to get along with. The VPs and Directors were very "open door" and accomodating

      Cons

      There seemed to be a lack of direction and training. There were strict deadlines without much information on how to achieve those deadlines. Some people were under qualified as well.

      -Collaborative people depending on which business unit you’re in -great work life balance

      Cons

      -The best leaders’ teams and most competitive teams require a lot of political play to get into -“take your career into your own hands” mentality rather than true investment in internal talent from the top down at times
