Pros
AEM manufactures unique and high quality products. The facility is very clean and well organized and most employees have been employed by AEM over 10 years. And, the factory is located in a beautiful location.
Cons
Owners like to run a very lean organization, which results in some persons becoming very overloaded. I guess OK if you are a workaholic, but staffing levels should be increased to prevent key employees from a burn out situiation.
