Pros

The pay was okay. But it was hard to find pros for this job.

Cons

HR was terrible! They did not listen to my needs when I needed them to. The company was pretty disorganized with designating the roles of who is on charge of what. The Supervisors and CEO were not on one accord when it came to making company changes. The staff is neglected and they tended to only care about what the client wanted even if it was at the expense of the staff members. Getting PTO was very hard to come by. There was A LOT of disfunction with this company.

Pros

My coworkers are all supportive despite being thousdand of miles away from me.

Cons

There was a time where we had few high level people. Because of that, our business progressed slow.
