Thank you for your comments. We are always trying to learn and grow. We continue with the “Pros” to this day, and are very proud of that. Thank you. My suggestion is looking at these “Cons” listed here, as actual “Pros”. > We want self-motivated employees. Everyone in the entire Industry is in charge of their own destiny. Our clients expect results from us, and they want them fast! And in turn, they pay us for "results"! Our generous commission plan reflects that, client expectations, and your results create a "win-win" for all. That is our Industry. > We want adaptable people, as the High-Tech and business world is in constant change. As technology evolves with our clients, we need to do the same. Additionally, our industry is evolving and we need to be able to follow suit. > We want people who want to be able to wear many hats, due to (and more): --- Our smaller company size gives that flexibility which is not possible in a much larger company --- Be able to learn new things and grow their breadth of experience; and a lot of people see that as way more fun and rewarding.

Pros

This was my first job in the world of recruiting. I learned a lot about how things work. Learned how to sell a job without revealing too much info. Bonuses were good for an intern.

Cons

There was a lot of cold calling and not much career development.
