      Pros

      They are very flexible with working hours. The executives are very approachable and easy to talk to. The staff are friendly and have a family-like bond.

      Cons

      There are not many downsides to working at Aesys. Sometimes the atmosphere can be stressful and things are disorganized but over all everything is good.

      colleghi giovani e preparati, sede facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Alle 18 di solito non rimane nessuno o quasi in ufficio

      Cons

      ritmi di lavoro molto serrati, si viene buttati su progetti diversi senza un minimo di formazione o preparazione. Durante il periodo covid il progetto su cui lavoravo è stato fermo per 2 settimane e sono stato messo in cassa integrazione senza essere stato avvisato nonostante facessi tickets. Alla fine me ne sono accorto dalla busta paga mensile. Stipendi molto bassi rispetto alla concorrenza e senza nessun benefit (nemmeno il welfare integrativo presente da contratto).
