Lacks transparency, expect to receive necessary information only when problems arise. Always in fire fighting mode. No proper SOPs in place and no active action taken to consider making improvements. Very toxic culture, mostly created by middle management. Lots of gaslighting, micromanaging and favouritism, many resort to bootlicking to survive. Middle management lacks management skills, subordinates left to fend for themselves since day 1. Frequent bullying from insecure superiors. Very high turnover due to frequent burn out of staff.
