      Above average salary for entry level at that time...until you find out your pay per hour is actually low after dividing salary by total work hours

      Cons

      60 hours work week which violated MOM law, but they workaround to be in gray area Horrible safety protocols Terrible welfare for APOs Generally, the management are headless chicken with no clue how to solve problems. Thinking back, when I quit and broke the contract(of 2 years), my only question is: why didn't I do it sooner?

      If you met the right superiors, you might be able to flourish.

      Cons

      Office politics are killing everyone. If you are good at playing games and wining them, this will be a place for you. Usually bootlickers gets the good stuffs.
