      The kids and support staff are the only reason to work here.

      The pay. No raises. Terrible benefits. Administration are some of the worst people I have ever met.

      Great team members. They are fantastic at interdisciplinary practice.

      Cons

      Admin doesn’t really care about their employees and make them feel like they aren’t worth it. Benefits are minimal and poor.
