      Pros

      - Friendly employees that are always willing to help - Company wide Events to ensure comradery between departments - Free Snacks + Coffee - Open Door Policy - Weekly and Quarterly sit down check ins with employees - Growing Company - Office positions allow 1-2 days a week of work from home (Will provide Laptop for work from home days) - Will provide cellphone for needed positions

      Cons

      - Glitchy Inventory and Order Control program with unhelpful tech support that will 100% of the time state it's your issue and fault regardless of proof (Many employees are unhappy with program and leadership has refused to upgrade.) - inadequate and confusing benefits - Will be told to ask for help and when you do so your department will be reprimanded - Low Pay with lag time on promised pay raises - If you are a competent worker, you will be overloaded with work - Not enough workers for the quantity and quality of work expected - Will be expected to complete all work regardless of time available, workload, or difficulty, leading to many people working "off the clock" - Issues brought up during check ins are noted, but not handled - You will be left in the dark on most decisions, even if you were in the talks on finding best solution to issue (Company boasts equality and trust, but will segregate you instantly if they deem necessary)

      Working at AFB has been a rewarding experience, marked by a strong team culture and commitment to core values. However, there's a significant opportunity for improvement that I believe should be addressed: the need for more sales representatives to support our customers in Bremerton and the surrounding areas.
