A free membership and discounts on all the energy drinks, food, etc. is a big plus for someone in the fitness industry Good management that do care for employee wellbeing and will stand up for them if needed. Very responsive to incidents.
Cons
Pay was a little on the lower side for industry standards but it does make sense with the membership perk
