Pros
Will get to learn some jargon words like Composite AI which has no relation to the product whatsoever.
Cons
The whole culture revolves around hiring freshers and exploiting their gullibility and inexperience. Founder hasn't got any idea about technology, but still would poke his nose everywhere. No code standards, no reviews, no feedback about the work whatsoever, just the mindless nattering and culture talk. Only the good 4-5 devs are somehow running the company, rest all are there to do the chit-chat. Horrible WLB.
