      Pros

      There are great people working here and a good sense of team. I have had remarkably few conflicts with coworkers. The new leadership is committed to growth - not just profit growth, but growth of the individuals who make up the company.

      Cons

      There has been some cliquishness in the past but this is changing rapidly with the new leadership. Pay raises have not kept up with inflation.
