Pros
This is just a Startup Company, Join this Company likes spoiling your career.
I am wondering why no any pros come in my mind, so start writing with list of cons only :
- Deducted the Provident amount every month which clearly mentioned in my salary slip but never revealed the Provident fund number to me even after requesting them so many times.
- After left this organisation by employees, company not ready to settle my Full & Final Amount with any employees who resigned from the company.
-Continuously sending email to the company or HR Department for asking PF number and Amount but they are not replying back.
Cons
- Deducted TDS Amount from the salary but never be Deposited and refused to issuing FORM-15.
-Threatening behavior of manager/employer words like Bad Feedback.
- Company is Full of Politics, and a manager is playing vital role in this scenario who working with this Organisation as Manager and also at same time working with "Ebix Software India, NSEZ, Noida as a System Architect and share the domain related knowledge.
