Pros

No pros to working here other than learning.

Cons

THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES BAD! Look at the yelp reviews. Thats how they treat their customers. They treat their employees worse than that. When I worked there the employees were afraid to breathe and absolutely no one talked because they were all scared. Management is the owner, his wife (hr), and their best friend (accounting manager). The 2 women talk bad about everyone in the office. Thats fine I could care less about that. BUT THE OWNER (GARY)! He will scream, cuss, call names, and throw things! And this was happening every other day. He is always angry over something. I only worked there for a some months and people were quiting or getting fired over stupid stuff left and right. I remember 1 employee did something wrong so we all started getting quizzed on accounting terms. He literally was forcing an old lady that cleaned the place out of the office because she talked back. I was done working there after a giant water dispenser jug got thrown in my direction when I was just sitting at my desk doing my work. Someone got fired for telling other management they didn't like the way they overheard him talking about other employees. IT WAS CRAZY THERE! YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS JOB! NO ONE DESERVES TO LIVE IN FEAR WHILE THEY ARE AT WORK!

Pros

Owners wife is a nice woman

Cons

Owner Gary Skop has severe anger management issues. Very kind at first, then watch out!! Has an entire wall of names of people he’s fired called The Wall of Shame. I’ve seen him throw things, kick things, scream in people’s faces (employees AND clients) and make people cry. Breakroom frequently used for belittling and gossiping about clients. I was genuinely afraid while I worked there. ZERO STARS.
