Pros
- Nice, cold & peaceful working space. - Base salary is normal for fresh graduate. - clean toilet. - have pantry. - ceo is good person, transparent & professional (can directly communicate/propose) . - some hr is very helpful & being nice to staff. - professional development (if you willing to explore knowledge)
Cons
- limited car parking space, motorcycle is okay - hard sale scheme working style - want bigger salary need to achieve sale (commision) - some job position is not exactly the job position (becareful). - some team leader will micromanage. - staff enviroment is toxic (do not trust anyone to share your personal story). - some staff will jealous of you because of your achievement & might probably spy on you. - you will be working on separated group. Every group have individual team that will compete with each other among the team members & also other group. - you might need to work on public holidays , off day if you not achieve your montly sales target - too many “bossy attitude” staff, high percentage on “kaki jilat” & “kaki kipas” & some might play victim or “kaki pusing”
