Pros

Small office, easy work, decent pay

Cons

Supervisors are unprofessional, and unknowledgable. They do not train you for the job, and expect perfection.

I am not sure of who you are or when you worked at AGA but if you show up, work hard, do your job, you are treated well and compensated accordingly. If you show up late, don't learn our methods, don't hit your numbes and objectives, then you will not last, same way it is at all collection agencies.
