Blatant Bullying - IT Analyst AG Barr Employee Review

I worked there for a good few years. A manager was recruited who was nothing more than a loud mouthed bully. He was known in the business to be a bit of a wind bag which I am sure people thought was funny but his sexist, racist and homophobic comments and actions were vile. Even more incredibly, he got away with it. Various members of the team reported him to HR but nothing came of it. On more than one occasion I was off due to stress caused by his behaviour as were other members which alone should be warning signs for HR or decent managers. I watched as he decimated a team. In the end my sanity was more important. I believe Heineken have hired him now. Hopefully their HR processes are more up to dealing with this awful individual.
