      -Made some excellent friends at Jackson facility -My boss made an effort to my success -Nice, clean facility -Excellent work, life balance.

      -Long time for advancement -Little brand loyalty (seemed like a bunch of smaller companies put into one) -Little opportunities for movement, promotion, enhance compensation
