      Pros

      Extremely good benefits exist, very professional and knowledgeable management. For engineers, this is a growing company that has many opportunities. If a person does not have an engineering background, promotions are difficult

      Cons

      I was not as acclimated to a more red-tape, "corporate" environment and that was an adjustment. The hiring process is extremely slow, but the company was thorough and looking for the right people.

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
